Yes, we ship internationally using EMS POS Indonesia. If you intend to ship your order outside Indonesia, please select your currency at the top left corner of the main page before you begin shopping. 


+ How do I track the shipment of my order?

Tracking numbers will be sent to your email within 48 hours after shipment.

You can track your shipment in the following websites:
- For orders within Indonesia, please refer to JNE website.
- For international orders, please refer to EMS website.


+ How long does it take for my item(s) to arrive?

We ship orders on Monday - Friday. No shipment is made on public holidays or weekend.

Your delivery time varies according to your location and the type of shipping service you selected. Please refer to the respective shipping carrier's website for more information.


+ Shipping Terms & Conditions:

- RAMUNE is not responsible for the risk of merchandise loss after JNE/EMS processes the delivery.
- RAMUNE is not responsible if JNE/EMS can't deliver the package in time due to incomplete/misspelled address or no recipient at the address at the time of delivery.
